19th Street will be closed in both directions between Elm and Illinois Streets on Saturday, January 17th, between 7:00am and 7:00pm. If the work is completed sooner, the road will be open earlier. The north sidewalk will remain open. Traffic will be diverted on Elm and Illinois to 17th St, and back around. This will keep traffic flowing and reduce delays. (Please see map below for details.)
