This work is necessary for the new Lookout Apartments construction, they will be working on the new street crossing coming this summer. The north sidewalk will remain open and available to everyone. The traffic will be diverted on Elm and Illinois to 17th St, and back around. Please see map below for details. This will keep traffic flowing and reduce delays.
