EMERGENCY / SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM

Outage Date(s): August 3 – 18, 2026
Outage Time: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Purpose: Contractor re-roofing North side of heat plant. There will be no access to the heat plant from the north entrance. The South entrance will be open and the contractors are setting up a walkway with cones to provide access.

System(s) Involved: Sidewalk and Entry on North side of heat plant (13th St.) will be inaccessible.

Effect(s) on Occupants: Occupants must use South Entry and avoid north side of building for the duration of the outage.
