Effect(s) on Occupants: The elevator serving the main floors is currently out of service. Please use the stairs for access to the upper floors until repairs are completed. This outage will affect ADA accessibility to the upper floors of the building. The elevator contractor has been contacted.

Outage Time: 5:00AM – 5:00PM
Purpose: Install new safety relief valve on steam system.
System(s) Involved: Heating and Domestic hot water systems will be inoperable for the duration of the outage.

Effect(s) on Occupants: No Heat will be supplied to the building or hot water as the main steam will be shut down to make the repair. Building will be raised to a warmer temperature the evening before the outage to compensate.
