To: Coolbaugh Hall Occupants
From: Roberto Velazquez
Emergency Contact Info: 303-273-3238
Outage Date: September 8 - 11, 2026
Outage Time: 5:30am - 3:30pm daily, (Critical Equipment, Air Handling units (AHUs), Roof Top Units (RTUs), and Exhaust Systems, will be serviced from 5:30am to 10:00am or sooner if possible.)
Purpose: HVAC Preventive Maintenance
System(s) Involved: Air handling units, Roof Top Units, FCU’s, Exhaust Fans, and air compressors
Effects on Occupants: Personnel may remain in the building during HVAC preventive maintenance. You may experience a slight change in temperature throughout the building. Intermittent lab fume hood airflow may also occur during this period.
Scope of Work: Maintenance activities will include replacing belts and filters, cleaning coils and outside air intakes, greasing fan and motor bearings, and inspecting all major components of the HVAC equipment. To minimize operational disruption, all equipment will be serviced early in the morning, and units will be taken offline and serviced one at a time, ensuring that only a single system is out of service at any given time.
Comments: Please notify all personnel affected by this outage. If this interruption creates an unmanageable issue or if additional information is needed, please contact me at 303-273-3238.

EMERGENCY / SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM
Notification Date: July 31, 2026
To: CTLM Occupants
From: Roberto Velazquez
Emergency Contact Info: 303-273-3238
Outage Date: September 28 - 29, 2026
